Mary Shepard, Executive Director

Mary Shepard joined our team in September 2011 as the Executive Director at South Pointe Assisted Living in Everett, Washington.  Ms. Shepard brings 16 years of experience in the senior housing industry, with 11 years as an Executive Director.  She has a proven success in increasing occupancy in the communities using winning marketing strategies, event planning and a hands on approach to marketing the community.  Ms. Shepard has a noticiable passion for the senior housing industry and the leadership qualities needed to create a cohesive team that takes pride in their work and provides excellent service to the residents we serve.
